Refund policy

All sales are final as each item is made-to-order and printed exclusively for the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. Customized, Personalized and Special order items are Non-Cancelable and cannot be Returned or Exchanged. Please check your orders carefully and be sure all spelling, color, sizing and required info is correct. We are not responsible for customer mistakes.

Mistakes do happen, if it’s on our end, we will gladly replace the item or we will provide you will a full refund. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your package and we will provide you with return shipping information. If the mistake is on your end, contact us at totallyhypeofficial@gmail.com  and we’ll do our best to replace the item.

Items sometimes look different online than they do in person. If you have questions about a certain item such as color, fit or material please contact us at totallyhypeofficial@gmail.com or call us at (856)452-1808 and we will be happy to provide you with additional info.

Please keep in mind most Custom orders take approximately 2-4 weeks for us to produce. Please place your orders early! 

 If you need to have an item by a certain date, please note the requested date in your order. We’ll do everything in our power to make it happen.
